125℃ Irradiation XLPE Halogen Free Low Smoke Flame Retardant Power Cable

This 125℃ irradiation XLPE flame retardant power cable takes halogen-free base material and other ingredients to produce the insulation layer, so, good flame retardant property is obtained. Under the condition that it catches fire, no halogen is generated, and only a small amount of smoke is emitted which means that the toxicity is very little.

On the other hand, this product gains excellent resistance to heat after irradiation is applied, and the core can work at 125℃ for long-term application. Due to its halogen free, low smoke and flame retardant performance, our product is suitable for places that have strict requirements for heat-resistant property, flame-retardant property as well as low secondary loss, such as subway, ship, power station, computer room, high-rise building, stored program control exchange room, and other crowded places.

Features
1. This 125℃ irradiation flame retardant power cable is resistant to oil, solvent, scratch as well as abrasion, and the mechanical performance is also improved. In addition, our product won't get cracked easily by environmental stress.
2. Good electrical performance is achieved. Cross-linking agent has a bad influence over electrical property, and it is not added into the irradiation cross-linking material. Thus, the volume resistivity is 1-2 magnitude higher than that of chemical cross-linking, and the breakdown field strength is also higher.
3. The chemical bond for irradiation cross-linking is C-C which is created by high energy chemical combination, and it features good stability as well as big bond energy. As a result, our product is resistant to aging and heat, and the long-term working temperature can be as high as 125℃. However, there are many other chemical bonds for chemical cross-linking, such as –S, -N-, -O-, etc. They have low bond energy, and can't withstand high temperature.
4. The degree of crosslinking can be controlled by changing the recipe of ingredients, so it is especially suitable for the production of heat shrinkable materials. In addition, the rated voltage for this irradiation XLPE insulated power cable is 0.6/1kV.
